I have to admit that I don't watch VH1's Basketball Wives.  I've heard about it on The Wendy Williams Show and have seen clips that make me realize that perhaps I'm better off for it.  But that's also why I was out of the loop when one of the show's stars, Jennifer Williams, launched a cosmetics line last year.

Lucid Cosmetics launched with five lip gloss shades, named for some of the destinations in Williams' travels.  Oddly, I didn't get to check out Big Apple, which would have been appropriate as a New Yorker, but I have tested out seven of the eight shades that are now available.  The one I like the most is Napa, a plum color.
