Femme Fatale is a red "warmed with seductive brown sable." I would have instantly tossed this shade for being too dark for my skin tone, but after looking at images in a Sam Fine book (Fine Beauty: Beauty Basics and Beyond for African-American Women), I decided to give it a try. The deep, reddish-purple shade actually looked fine (seriously, no pun intended) on me. It looks best on dark olive skin and medium-dark skin.
